3.1 Account Creation: To use pbbb4d services, You must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must match Your official Indonesian identity documents (KTP).
3.2 One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts, registering under false names, or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all Funds across all related Accounts.
3.3 Verification (KYC): pbbb4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You must provide clear, legible copies of Your Indonesian KTP (identity card) and may be required to submit additional documentation including proof of address or payment method verification. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawing Funds until verification is successfully completed.
3.4 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must notify pbbb4d immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
3.5 Account Information Updates: You must keep Your Account information current and accurate. Notify us immediately of any changes to Your contact details, residential address, or payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or account restrictions.
pbbb4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees (typically Rp 2,500-6,500 for interbank transfers). These third-party fees are beyond our control and are Your responsibility.

6.1 General Rules: All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking bet details before confirmation. pbbb4d is not liable for errors in bet placement caused by User mistakes, technical issues on Your device, or internet connectivity problems.
6.2 Odds and Markets: We reserve the right to adjust odds, suspend markets, or refuse bets at our discretion. Odds are subject to change until the bet is accepted. In cases of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), pbbb4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
6.3 Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results published by governing bodies. In cases where official results are unavailable or disputed, pbbb4d management decisions are final. 11.3 Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant.
